- CWCandace WillisApr 2, 20261.0The worker I encountered was very nonchalant, and did not actually want to do what I wanted her to do for my paperwork, I wanted it stamped in front of me and possibly a receipt, and now I'm not getting any mail and have not for the last 2 months and can get ahold of no one. And when I leave mail in the mailbox to be picked back up it’ because it isn’t mine its always left in my mailbox to pile up and the mail carriers advised me to just throw other people mail away.

When you complain about them not dropping off packages they said they're not allowed to drive down service roads and go on property to deliver packages. And we will forever have to go and pick up our packages. I've lived in the same house for 10 years no problem until the woman took over. According to their website it states they are allowed to go onto property so not even sure what shes on yelling like that.
