I went in around 3 pm in the tax season expecting a huge line, or a closed office altogether (after other reviews). It was actually empty. I had to wait a bit for a USPS employee, but I don't think it was more than about 5 minutes, I just had nearly enough time to fill out two addresses on certified mail slips. Quite satisfactory overall

This is hands down the most hostile environment I’ve ever encountered. An employee here targeted me after a natural physical reflex (burping) by spraying chemical air freshener directly at me. Let’s be clear: this was not just 'bad service.' It was a premeditated act of racial discrimination and humiliation. >
This staff member used a cleaning chemical as a weapon to dehumanize me because of my background. It is a disgusting display of microaggression and blatant bias. Furthermore, spraying chemicals in an enclosed space is a serious health hazard. This location is a disgrace to the OSU campus. If you aren't a local, stay away—you are not safe from their targeted hostility here.

I would not recommend this USPS location. As a seller, I shipped out a package and later discovered that it was not scanned correctly; the shipping label did not match the receipt I was given. As a result, the item was never delivered to my buyer and I lost money.
