- VJValerie JacksonApr 29, 20191.0This post office is terrible. I'm not sure if the the carrier is just lazy or really can't read. I have had to go to the post office and pick up my packages the last two times. The first time the comment said that the address was invalid. I called twice and got the run around so I decided to just go over there. Well, my package was sitting right there with the correct address on it and nobody could tell me why it indicated that it was being held due to invalid address. When I went to pick the package up, I noticed that it was pretty heavy so my guess is that the carrier was just too lazy to pick it up and deliver it. The second package was out for delivery, so I waited for it until I saw they put a note in saying that package was being held at customer request. That was a lie, I didn't request them to hold anything. Now this past package, same problem. Stated that it was out for delivery, but it never came. I logged on the website only to see that they noted again that the package is being held at customer request. Another lie. I've been calling all morning and someone picks the phone up and then lays it down. This is ridiculous and should be cause to fire everyone in charge. I give 1 star only because I want to give 0 but chosing nothing might not get my point across.

Called them said they would come out and look (idk why you have to come out) and never came out. Called again and they said they would get someone higher up to look into it and would give me a call/email. Never got that. Had to wait 1 1/2 on the phone today just to tell me they couldn’t do anything about it. I’ll never pay for Standard shipping just so it doesn’t have to go through the USPS. I’ll always pay more for shipping no matter what. Like I said at the beginning very horrible service
