- MNMame Aissatou NDIAYEMar 23, 20261.0The clerk lady is very disrespectful, unprofessional, she didn’t even say hi back when I greeted her and that wasn’t the first time, the way she talks is very rude so once I finish paying the shipping fees, a screen popped up asking me to rate the service I received so I chose the red face because I wasn’t happy with her service and she confronted me telling me I should skip that part and I told her no that it was there for a reason so I had to pick one and she was like why did I rated her like that she didn’t make any mistake and I clearly explained to her that it was for the service I received, she didn’t care at all and I told her during the transaction she has her phone on the desk, playing loud and she been scrolling through it while I was waiting to pay and she dared to tell me that a lot of people work with an earphone on, can you imagine, the fact that other people do it doesn’t mean that is right, when you handle money or any other transaction you have to pay attention, proof I told her I wanted the 3 days priority mail but she put ground service and it happened because she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing, she was like oh you wanted 3 days priority mail and I told her that was okay, all I wanted was my package to be shipped. She was wrong and wanted to argue. It happened on 03/23/2026 beetween 2:40pm to 2:46pm.
