  I brought a really heavy espresso machine that had very specific packaging instructions from the manufacture for returns in today and Adam was working there, he was very nice and positive, packaged it right up for me. Saved me a large headache today during a busy time for me, great service!

  I needed a notary, so I went online to check the availability at the Steltzer Road UPS Store. The website led me to believe that I must make an appointment, so I booked one and made sure to arrive at the scheduled date and time. When I showed up, one of the employees informed me that they don't take appointments and the notary had left for the day at 3:00pm, but I could come back the next day (which wasn't going to be possible for me). The only reason I gave this review two stars instead of just one is because the employee was actually quite courteous and it wasn't his fault that the website gave me the wrong information. However, I would really appreciate it if it were made clear on the website when a notary is available, so that I don't waste my time showing up and then having to gamble on whether or not I can get a document signed. I'd also love it if the UPS website didn't give me the option to book a date and time and if they didn't send appointment reminder emails if appointments aren't really required.

  Came at 3:40pm and store was already closed. At least update your hours to make sure we’re not wasting our time

  Adam was really helpful with my Amazon return. I honestly didn’t know what to do and he walked me through it step by step while attending to other guests in the store. (:
