  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. Jessica was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process of setting up with services i needed. Moving can be stressful, but she made the transition seamless by following up via email and ensuring every detail was handled correctly. If you need reliable service and a team that actually cares about their customers, ask for Jessica. 5 stars!

  DO NOT GO HERE! There’s another one close by. THE DAMAGE PACKAGES AND CAUSE A BIG HEADACHE WITH THE RETURNS. THEY DON’T FOLLOW THEIR HOURS OF OPERATION. I REALLY THEY OPEN PACKAGES. Also, try to sell you bags when your bag is perfectly fine! The girl with the fake blonde hair, black roots showing is rude.

  This store does not have a phone. I called this store 5 times in a row yesterday, and I just called them 15 times in a row to confirm delivery of a package. No answer at any point. Left a message, no callback. Just walked into the store and called the phone number standing in the lobby, it didn’t ring. The phone is either completely disconnected or just does not exist. The clerk gave me attitude when I suggested that they should probably have a functioning phone. Also, surprise surprise, half of the packages that were supposed to have arrived were not there.

  Did not appreciate notary services. I came here on Tuesday to have my form notarized and while I was able to be helped, they did not stamp under the right part of my form and told me to fill in things I wasn’t supposed to fill in. I was charged $5. When told that my notarized form had been completed incorrectly (notarized stamp being in the wrong section and N/A was not supposed to be written on the spaces that needed to be blank), I had to redo it and come back. I came back on Thursday and the same lady was working and told me she couldn’t do it for me because she needed to leave. Mind you I was there at 2 pm. It doesn’t take more than 5 min to complete everything. Did not appreciate being rushed out especially since I needed to take off work to complete this form and it was their fault it was done incorrectly. No consideration.
