  Very poor service. Was double charged for one item. I bought 2 items. She double charged for the more expensive item. Very unfriendly service too.

  Mr Gary at the printing desk is very helpful. We have been doing business with him for a while and he is always keen to help. Don’t be fooled by “first impressions”, be kind and you will be treated kinder.

  I’m honestly not sure what that previous reviewer was talking about with the whole “Scary Gary” comment. In my experience, Gary is one of the kindest, most compassionate people you could meet. When my dog passed away, he helped me with some printouts and showed so much empathy and patience during a really hard moment. I also have a daughter with autism, and Gary was incredibly sweet with her and even managed to make her smile, which meant a lot to me as a parent. Sometimes one bad interaction can lead to an unfair review, but our experience was the complete opposite. Gary has always been professional, kind, and genuinely caring. If anything, the only thing “scary” about Gary is how quickly he proves negative reviews

  I will no longer be shopping at this location, even though it is literally 3 minutes from my house. Everyone working here looks like they would rather walk into traffic than help one single customer. The one cashier that has been there all day looks like he has never smiled in his life. While checking out, he charged me for an item that I intended to purchase, then proceeded to return the item (I just thought he scanned it twice) and then I said can I take the item? He asked "Oh you wanted to buy that?" and I'm just like...yes...that's why I put it on the counter...and he thought it was something the store owned. So then I had to wait for him to ring me up again. Like...dude, just ask me! If you don't know, COMMUNICATE. The other lady who helped me was super annoyed I even talked to her immediately because she was scanning items and messed up. I had to buy a ripped open package of paper because they only keep like 1 of every single item in stock. It's just a mess here. I don't know what's going on but this whole staff needs replaced or this business just needs to die already.

  BUYER BEWARE!!! Gary is horrifying to work with. Don’t bother asking the other females that work there any questions becuase they just say “sorry I’m new, the person that knows the answer to that will be here tomorrow so come back then”. I feel so incredibly bad for anyone that encounters Gary. He’s a mean, miserable man and will try to ruin your day because he hates his own life. He double charged me for absolute no reason for multiple customized items. They will do the bare minimum and have absolute no urgency. I needed this customized item for a major project and they let me down. They act like they are busy but I watched Gary sit on the computer for 10 min while I waited for him to acknowledge me. I’d give the place 0 stars if I could. All I can say is I’m sorry if you go here. There needs to be a sign out front that says BEWARE. Scary Gary works there. Go to FedEx instead for any customized items. They are angels there. I will never be coming back here and now bringing my business to FedEx as well as sharing this with all friends and family in the area. I hope Gary loses his job, the store’s sales would significantly increase if they got rid of him.
