  Delivery was four days late. When they finally arrived, they were very kind and apologized several times for being late. Also, they went the extra mile to install my new appliances on a holiday weekend. Thank you.

  Not very professional with communication unless it involves them needing info. My driver sat at a receiver for hours a few nights ago and they kept telling him to call back in 10 minutes for a Legit Lumper Code, everytime he would call back they would say another 10 minutes, 1am he calls me and I paid the Lumper Fee -- been trying to call and email the Broker that gave me the load about reimbursement as we were told Broker pays the Lumper and they will not answer phone or email. Likely will not ever try a load from Coyote Logistics agian.
