  What an incredible team, Shanda, Jess, and Neche are the BEST. They went above and beyond more than they needed to help me in a pinch. They have the patience of saints. I will not go to another location. If you are the manager of this team. Count yourself blessed anyone would be lucky to have people like this. Thank you.

  I had an excellent experience at this FedEx location thanks to Neche! As a first-time sender, I was a bit uncertain about the process, but Neche made everything so seamless and straightforward. She was incredibly patient, walking me through each step and answering all my questions. Her customer service was outstanding, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear she takes pride in making sure customers have a positive experience. I’m so grateful for her assistance and would definitely return to this location. Thank you, Neche, for making my first FedEx experience such a great one!
