When you complain about them not dropping off packages they said they're not allowed to drive down service roads and go on property to deliver packages. And we will forever have to go and pick up our packages. I've lived in the same house for 10 years no problem until the woman took over. According to their website it states they are allowed to go onto property so not even sure what shes on yelling like that.
