Then the very rude manager with long braids jumped in and took over . I was then treated like gum on a shoe . And got no help or my packages . Claimed there was no one in my area that could help . This has been escalated to someone who will I hope do something. I absolutely don't like going this post office .

They will put the key in the box for a parcel locker and when you open the locker it will be empty. Incompetence at its finest.
