I have never been treated this poorly in a business then I have been today especially one ran by the government. My roommate and I came in and was assisted by Sherry R a light skinned lady at the front, she was extremely rude to us, dismissive, and could not answer any of our questions overall she was very unprofessional and made our experience bad and uncomfortable. I am still shocked by the way she talked to us, which caught me off guard, I work retail and I don’t even talk to people that way. Unfortunately that is my main post office but I do not think I will ever be coming back because of her. Do better by your hundreds of customers.

I am writing to formally report ongoing issues with mail delivery at my address, as well as an extremely unprofessional interaction I experienced in person. When I stopped at the post office, I was assisted by a light-skinned female employee whose behavior was shockingly rude and dismissive. She rolled her eyes, spoke with visible irritation, and showed clear disdain toward me. I have never experienced that level of disrespect from a USPS employee before. It was uncomfortable and unacceptable. More importantly, my packages have not been delivered to my home for several weeks, despite tracking updates showing activity. I have repeatedly tried to get answers, but I continue to receive the runaround and have not received any call backs or follow-ups. At this point, I am deeply concerned about the handling of mail on my route. I am not making accusations, but the repeated failure to deliver packages combined with the lack of accountability and communication raises serious concerns that need to be investigated. I am requesting: • A review of delivery activity for my address • Follow-up communication regarding missing packages • Attention to the unprofessional conduct I experienced in person I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Thank you.

Omg I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to this location. I lost my tracking number and was having so much anxiety due to not knowing where my package had gone to . I went to the location a couple of times trying to get assistance and eventually Kennedy who did not give up on trying to help me, gave me their supervisors numbers and long story short . One lady was able to help me pull the receipts from over a week ago since the mailing date. I couldn’t be more thankful. The whole staff were nice to me and super helpful. I’m sorry to others who had a horrible experience

I made an appointment to renew my passport a month in advance. When i got there i had to wait in a long line. Once it was my turn they had told me that they forgot to call me to cancel the appointment. They made the excuse that they were understaffed and walked away. I have a trip planned soon, and now I have to try to go somewhere else to get it done. They are a total inconvenience, and i do not recommend you go there.

If sending care packages to troops overseas, don’t go here!! I had a horrible experience at this location this afternoon while trying to send a care package to a military base/APO and was told the cost would be over $100. I brought up to the workers that the USPS website states a military/APO address regardless of being international will be charged at the domestic rate which in my case would be $19. I was met with an attitude despite asking for review and told belittling statements like “you’re just not understanding what’s being said” several times after telling them that the prices on the website say differently. She was so upset when I questioned her she said “Im leaving because I can’t keep telling you it’s not the same and you just don’t understand.” They wouldn’t even entertain a double check with the zipcode to verify again. I understand it’s busy season, but there’s no reason to treat a customer that way when I was being kind and respectful. I may appear like a young, clueless female, but I’m not stupid. I’ve received and sent packages from down range and they never cost an arm and a leg like that, I’m glad I had the wherewithal to know something was off. I went to the blacklick location and the man behind the counter was so kind and calculated the cost for me, which was in fact the domestic rate of $19, I actually did understand what was going on. If sending packages to troops, don’t go here, they will try to rip you off.
