Went in and was honestly a little bit confused on the whole process of shipping an item. Thankfully the post office worker went above and beyond with helping me and, while I was in the process of taping up things, made sure to help others at the same time to make sure things kept moving!

First visit, worker was in lobby when I entered then went in back and wouldn’t come out. Tried again today and 3 people waiting out front at 930 for workers visible inside to unlock doors. Hours state 9am. They don’t want to work.

Usually helpful, but I recently went in on a Monday at 3:45 PM and they were “closed for lunch”. All the lights were on, but the doors were locked and there were no other signs of life. Very disappointing.
