I visited this post office for the 1st time for an evening passport appointment and the male worker was extremely rude. Simple questions came with smart comments from the moment I walked in the door. So unnecessary. He definitely proved the stereotypical postal worker attitude. I see why this location has 2.7 stars.

Super slow to load. They also have 4 free hours before they have to pay detention. I won't be back!

If I could give zero I would. Consistently packages spend forever at this facility. As I am typing this a package that according to USPS tracking is in transit for four days. I live roughly an hour from this clown show. It must be Planet of the Apes there. Am I not supposed to have any confidence in buying anything online now?

The SDO, Anjeanette Spencer, operates this location out of fear. She prioritizes 3rd class business mail over the letters we send to our grandparents.
