That was my first and last delivery to this facility. I would have given zero if I would have the option The delivery section sucks where it says drop shipment deliveries from door 91 all the way to 96 I think I had a delivery here around 7 AM in the morning I was being so nice and say hello good morning She give me an eye look, I’m sorry to say that you’ll feel it when you have a delivery here. The lady name Charlotte Carter responsible for this area is the rudest person I have ever met an entire 10 years. I was asking for the ramp since I was an expedite and have a sprinter van. She literally told me you either do it yourself (offload) and all our ramps are closed. and I don’t know what to tell you. Unfortunately, some of the places like this think when we are delivering something for them we work for them an act like kings and we are their slaves, unfortunately There are still bad people exist with the feeling of discrimination and feels like they’re everything

I have a package that has been sitting at this location for OVER a week! I have opened an investigation with my local post office that has sent this distribution center a request for it's location to which they have not responded (I was notified that this a regular response from this location). I damn well hope someone from this center sees this and gets off their butts and actually do their job!

We frequently visit this USPS location and have consistently had great experiences with the two wonderful women who usually work at the counter. Unfortunately, today our experience was very different. The staff member assisting us today was someone new to us. My husband politely asked when a package would be received, and the employee responded rudely by saying, “Didn’t you just hear me?” I overstepped and explained that he is hard of hearing, to which the employee replied that he does not like repeating himself. While I initially tried to overlook the overall rudeness during our transaction, the lack of respect shown in response to a simple and polite question especially after being informed of a hearing difficulty was unacceptable.
