This review is just for Marvin who really helped out when the carrier had delivered the package to the wrong center and made sure I got my package that day, thank you Marvin!

Dismissive, Unethical and Unprofessional I arrived 15 minutes before my passport photo and application appointment, as instructed. I was immediately helped by the passport clerk, Cynthia. She quickly took my passport photo, and while reviewing my application and other paperwork, there was some miscommunication regarding a passport book I had lost some time ago but believed there was a slight possibility I might still have in my possession. Fortunately, I was told I could come back later in the day with it. I went home to look for it; however, I was still unable to find it. When I returned later in the day without the passport, I explained to Cynthia that I still had not been able to locate it. She rudely stated, “You said you had it, that’s why you went home to get it.” I apologized and clarified that I had only gone home to search for it, but was still unable to find it. She replied, “I know what I heard.” My form had been filled out properly, and there was no need for my passport book, as I was filing for a new passport book (and reporting my previous one as lost), not a renewal. Before submitting my paperwork, I asked if there was any possibility of having my picture retaken, as it looked completely different from what I had seen on the camera. I’ve personally worked for Walgreens and have helped multiple people retake pictures for various reasons. She refused to retake them unless I paid an additional fee, nor would she provide a reimbursement. I understood and had only asked because Walgreens and CVS offer retakes. I am disabled, and at this point I was already in tears. I asked to speak with someone else in hopes of making an exception. Marvin only shamed me for being emotional (in this case, crying) about the situation, stating, “You got an answer you didn’t want to hear.” He also proceeded to excuse Cynthia’s demeanor by saying I had already asked too much of her. I had only asked if it was possible to retake my pictures or receive a reimbursement. According to him, Cynthia went out of her way to allow me to come back later with my passport without having to reschedule. However, if this had been made clear to me from the beginning, I would have rescheduled to avoid any inconvenience. I also went out of my way to make the drive twice—unnecessarily, since I was filing for a new passport and reporting my previous one as lost—but this was disregarded by him, as he told me that her time was more valuable than mine. When I asked him for the customer support number, he gave me a number that was no longer in service. I was never rude toward the staff. On the contrary, I was apologetic and polite despite being belittled. Unfortunately, this situation led to a panic attack, and I am still shaken up. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

The worst post office and service. I can’t give even one star. I shipped foods via Priority mail box on January 30 to my daughter lives in Columbus and excepted delivery was February 2. It arrived at this post office on February 2 but they sent it to Findlay and stayed there two days. I sent to messages to USPS customer service twice but they made unable to tracking. I went to a post office where I shipped to check the tracking and they gave me this post office was last scanned and advised me to go there and check. My daughter is a student and doesn’t have a car and went to this post office by Uber to check the status. They just gave her supervisor number and didn’t do anything. The USPS customer service emailed that the package is at this post office and pick it up there today, February 11 and my daughter went there again by Uber after class but they told her to come tomorrow between 8-12 noon. She spent more than $50 for Uber and we’re worrying about the foods if she can eat. Very furious and terrible service.
