- JJJEMstone6 days ago1.0I’m not sure what is going on at the Twin Rivers location. I’ve been an Etsy seller for nearly ten years. Over the past three weeks I’ve had three packages I’ve dropped at the inside drop box go missing. They never tracked. Fortunately Etsy refunded my shipping costs but my customers never received their purchases so I have had to replace them at my cost. Either something is being stolen from this post office or someone is mishandling packages. I’m done with this location. I did try to ask about it in person and the front desk clerk (female) said “it must be at city gate”. To which I said “ok great can I go there and reclaim my lost packages?” To which she says “no it’s not open to the public”. Thanks for the tip 🫤

Then 40 mins later, I was told the working staff had left this morning. No any notice put on the window or door. I have to make another appointment but I am not sure if anything happened next time.

Was trying to pick up a package and expected it to take 5-10 minutes not an hour. If you are dropping off or picking up, expect an hour of your day to be taken up.
