Great service. Sometimes lines a little longer but they move quick.

I visited this location because my mom had sent a package from Australia that didn't get delivered. As soon as I told the worker that it was sent from Australia she cut me off and said "We can't do anything about it. You'll have to call customs." I explained that it had already made its way to the US and just hadn't been delivered to my address. I asked if she could look out the back in case it was sitting on a shelf with other undelivered mail or f she could look in the system (I had the mailing receipt from my mom), but she refused to look into it at all and said "we can't tell you anything. You just need to call customs." She was rude and dismissive. Probably the worst experience from a USPS office I've ever had, which is saying something. Avoid this place unless you don't mind wasting your time completely.

This place feels like a level of purgatory. I have been trying to get a package with my grandma’s Christmas gift in it for 2 weeks now. The first time I came to pick up the woman at the pickup office told me my package was inexplicably out for delivery so she wouldn’t look for it only for customer service to tell me it never left the building. I tried scheduling for redelivery and the package never came. I came back today and the pickup office was just closed during business hours for no reason. The pickup office is only open from 8am-noon, which during the week is when everyone is at work. Incredibly frustrating. Update: today I made time to come back first thing in the morning and was told my package was now at a different post office. I went there and they said they did not have it and again redirected me here. Everybody that works at the pickup office acts like you are bothering them and are making an absurd request. I do not have problems with USPS generally but this experience has been unbelievable

Lots of functionality available here, and the staff are moving very quickly and patiently with folks who are not prepared. Stephanie especially was very friendly and efficient

Having my package sent by my daughter from Michigan getting to the Distribution Center in Columbus Ohio only to be mailed out to North Dakota is beyond words. And this is the exact reason why when I mail anything whether it be parcel or letters I will pay money to use FedEx or UPS. They are more reliable and I've never had a problem with my items getting to where they're supposed to in a decent time frame.
