Krisla is very rude and unprofessional, she doesn’t deserve to work for usps at all.

quite literally the worse location they have. they never answer the phone, they are exceedingly rude and disrespectful, and the delivery can’t follow simple instructions. been going back and forth with them for days and yet nothing has been resolved. oh it’s also $30 for your mail key. if i could give this location a 0 stars i would. they need all new staff. i’m not one to leave reviews that’s how absolutely horrible this location and its staff is.

I recently visited this location and was disappointed by the level of customer service I received. The staff I interacted with were rude and unhelpful, which made my visit stressful and unpleasant. I was assisted my the older male stuff I don’t know his name and the lady next to her who is also a stuff was laughing the whole time at our interaction,. I feel like if you aren’t happy with ur job just quit!

That older Caucasian guy is past his time. He’s rude and nasty every time I go there. I’ve done a change of address and handed it to him directly. It’s been over two weeks and I have yet to receive any mail.
As short as he is with people, I’m willing to bet that he hasn’t done anything with it, because he enjoys peoples misfortune. I still haven’t received any confirmation of the change.
Why he hasn’t retired yet is unclear!!
