I recently visited this location and was disappointed by the level of customer service I received. The staff I interacted with were rude and unhelpful, which made my visit stressful and unpleasant. I was assisted my the older male stuff I don’t know his name and the lady next to her who is also a stuff was laughing the whole time at our interaction,. I feel like if you aren’t happy with ur job just quit!

That older Caucasian guy is past his time. He’s rude and nasty every time I go there. I’ve done a change of address and handed it to him directly. It’s been over two weeks and I have yet to receive any mail. As short as he is with people, I’m willing to bet that he hasn’t done anything with it, because he enjoys peoples misfortune. I still haven’t received any confirmation of the change. Why he hasn’t retired yet is unclear!!

This branch makes the post office look like an utterly useless joke. What a waste of money. Staff is incredibly rude (we know you get paid well, your wages are public info. Drop the attitude.) They don't answer the phone no matter how many times you try to call them. Everything costs an arm and a leg now. And how does it take two weeks to get a mailbox key? And why is it $30? I'd rather have to pay FedEx $20 a month to get my mail than support the USPS anymore.

The employees are always rude and I don’t understand how they continue to keep their jobs with the way they’re treating customers

I send a package from Columbus Ohio, to Georgia in may 20, 2025. I cannot imagined the poster man delivered just a Carton only to the delivering location without the load inside (empty carton. Just an empty carton) after complaining, was ask to do a claimed, but I tried, I couldn't get the claim to do. I take my computer to the office where the load was send close to my house, office of USPS 2469 E Dublin Granville rd, Columbus ohio 43229. There actions was very bad, especially, the old man. I thinks he throws his aggression to customer, I try to explain, but not ready to assist. And there were no customer on floor, which make it easy to assisted but he did not help. Until now, I have not be able to do my claimed and it have a time frame to do the claims. When people are tied of their job. Please let them quit and not pass their problems to customer. Also attached, the picture of the cloth in the carton and the empty carton delivered to the location at Georgia. Thank you
