They didn't help people who wanted to buy prepaid Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope for paperwork. They made "excuses" for not selling envelopes. I hope the USPS HQ takes note of their bad service.

The lady at the counter clearly lies to customers about what she’s able to do because she just doesn’t want to do her job & actually gets the manager involved! AND THE MANAGER SAYS SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN THE COUNTER WORKER.First I couldn’t get more than 10 deliveries processed by the counter worker because she said they can only do 10 a day…then the manager said it’s because they close in 30min and it’s a lot of work? SO WHICH IS IT? Lying to customers just because you have to do your job is TERRIBLE & CLOSING EARLY ON RANDOM DAYS. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
