Went to have my fingerprints taken and the process was quick and simple. Regina was also very friendly. I've heard others complain about employees having a bad attitude but that wasn't my experience.

Clerk 89, pictured in many photos here, is one of the most aggressive, rude people I have ever met in customer service. During my 30 MINUTES in line for service, I witnessed her shouting a two year old who was crying, and telling other customers that she "didn't care how long we waited," she'll do this the way she wants to do it. When it was my turn for service, I told her what I needed, and she told me "I'm going to do it a better way." I was applying for consular visas and told her I wanted to do it the way the consulate said it had to be done. She then shouted at me, "I know more than you. I've been working here a long time. Don't you come up here and tell me what to do." When I told her I had no idea why she was so hostile with me, she again shouted, "you came up here all hostile with me." She then proceeded to announce to the entire post office that my debit card was declined for insufficient funds (?!?!?!) and then called for the next customer in line before I was even finished or had moved my documents out of the way. During my time at the counter, she also accepted a facetime video call and was chit chatting with whoever WHILE I was standing there.
An unhinged person like this has zero business working with the public. I submitted a complaint with USPS that I'm sure will go nowhere, but I'd encourage anyone who need the post office to go anywhere but here.

We showed up for the 8-9 AM walk-in passport service at 8:10 with our one-year-old. We were informed 5 min later that the passport agent was running late and only had time to see two patrons. The manager informed us that if we wanted to guarantee being seen during walk-in hours, we had to arrive an hour early and wait outside in the cold with our toddler. The late employee finally arrived at 8:20 and finished the first guest in 5 to 10 minutes, still insisting she did not have time to see us. The level of incompetence with these employees is astounding.
