Aggressively rude staff. I was loudly berated by the employee for no reason. She reached over the transaction devise and chose the curteous interaction feedback button so I couldn't select the poor button. She also made me pay fee the envelopes because I wrote on them but ripped and threw away my certified mail receipts, but left the bar codes on, so I don't have any way to tract my certified mail. I had to go to a second post office to mail my envelopes and buy stamps. I will never vote for a postal levy again. That was bananas. People met me outside to apologize for her behavior.

Went for a passport appointment on time, found myself waiting in line for 20 mins before I spoke to the rudest customer service associate that told me to go wait on the side with a stack of people who has also been waiting not knowing who goes first or how long I'll be waiting... Simply asked how long it will take? She said I don't know and called for the next lady in line! I asked again, I just need to know if i can wait, so where am i in this line if my appointment is already late? Got shushed and asked to move away from the line! When I didnt accept the way she talked to me a dude came out of like and aggressively told me to leave the line or he'll call the cops! Wish she was professional enough and answered my question, so non of that would have happened. I dont know that lady's name, but she is the black lady in the pictures listed for this location. Thankfully this is the first bad experience at a post office, and last at this one. I dont recommend going there.

Fantastic service for a tracer and given Tom Hogan in Customer Service. Lucky for me! Every post office should have a Tom. The pkg was found after a month of diligence and smart thinking . Grateful for the post office. They really care. Bonnie Brennan Rochester, NY
