When I picked up my mail I requested hold to continue with the clerk but she didn't do the continuance I don't get notices that my mail is at the post office for pick up when they can't deliver it. Some clerks do not look for mail. I was waiting on a special painting and the tracking showed it was at the office clerk said they couldn't find it. I was furious the manger went and looked and found it! This office is horrible!

I go there they cant find it.. its been over a week since i went in they got my phone number said they will look into it and call me with update. Nothing no calls ive tried to call them 3 days in a row phone just rings or busy 3 calls a day ive placed to get nothing. It was my fault for wrong address but my package is tracked there been there 3 weeks. Its bs
