I have had to go to the post office and pick up my packages the last two times. The first time the comment said that the address was invalid. I called twice and got the run around so I decided to just go over there. Well, my package was sitting right there with the correct address on it and nobody could tell me why it indicated that it was being held due to invalid address. When I went to pick the package up, I noticed that it was pretty heavy so my guess is that the carrier was just too lazy to pick it up and deliver it. The second package was out for delivery, so I waited for it until I saw they put a note in saying that package was being held at customer request. That was a lie, I didn't request them to hold anything. Now this past package, same problem. Stated that it was out for delivery, but it never came. I logged on the website only to see that they noted again that the package is being held at customer request. Another lie. I've been calling all morning and someone picks the phone up and then lays it down. This is ridiculous and should be cause to fire everyone in charge. I give 1 star only because I want to give 0 but chosing nothing might not get my point across.
