Under Amazon, at least if they kept most of the workers; it would likely solve the customer service issues. Mail carriers on my route have been caught on camera frisbee delivering packages; breaking or kicking over a number of flowerpots, and M.I.A on Saturday deliveries altogether. Absolutely ridiculousness... AMAZON, take us awaaaaay!!!
