I tried to pick up a certified letter that was sent to my home. Their hours are supposed to be 830-5, but I waited until 840 and nobody ever appeared or unlocked the doors. Late for work and still couldn't pick up my mail.

This post office is always closed at least 10-15min before the posted closing time- every day of the week. There is never a sign on the door or change in the hours on sign or online. Regularly see a few people trying to open the door before closing time and it is locked.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. The lady who works there always looks super annoyed and every time I have a question she's rude and can't give me a straight answer. I dropped two packages off with things I sold online. After 4 days they still weren't scanned in so I went to the post office and asked about it. She said that they were in transit and just hadn't been scanned. Funny enough, the same night I went and complained they happen to get scanned in. Turns out they weren't in transit at all and were just sitting at this post office. My selling account was penalized because of how long it took for the packages to get scanned in. I have been to three different USPS locations after my experience here and every single one scanned in my packages within 2 hours of dropping them off. Do not drop off any packages here to be shipped unless you want a delay.

Worst post office. The staff is extremely rude and the lunch hours are terrible. I get a bunch of attitude every time I ask for a receipt for the packages I ship. The reason I get a receipt? They don’t scan in the packages so the customers I’m shipping to don’t know that it’s on the way creating more conflict. Very lazy staff.
