At the door there was no passports and we set up a online appointment that made us confirm and said if we missed it there’d be consequences but there was a paper with sharpie on the door that said no passports because they had no passport agent there. Ridiculous wasting many peoples times could’ve called or emailed us that they didn’t do the services but no they said they couldn’t take off the online appointments.

Then when you go to the front desk to retrieve your package that they fail to deliver properly, they give you attitude and cut you off when you ask them to see if your package is in the back. If these people hate their job so much, maybe they should get a different job.
