The last time I went in I got lectured by the owner about how "criminal" Pirate Ship is, how it's their direct competitor and how anyone using them should be calling for UPS pickup vs dropping off pre labeled packages at their franchise location, which UPS expressly tells you to do. I was unaware of this and while I understand his frustration he was rude and nasty to me and other customers, refused to let me wait to have the packages scanned for a receipt and just an overall unpleasant person. I've used this store for other services in the past and different members of the staff were helpful, but I will now avoid this location even though it's the closest to me.

This is the most common problem in these reviews. I’ve heard stories of packages going missing here consistently and without them scanning the item there is no trail to them ever receiving the item. A couple of the workers are disgustingly rude as well. This location should definitely be monitored as the business committed here is no good. Don’t work with them ever. Take the trip to high street and save your sanity.

And if you were the owner of the store wearing glasses and being rude to me today you shouldn't even be allowed to be in customer service just my opinion but if you do own that store I feel sorry for the people that visit you if you're rude on Christmas Eve

Even though I've used this location no less than 15 times in 2025. Clearly this guy is in it for the money and the $3 he would've made if I printed the label with him was enough to embarrass me in front of the whole store. Felt real good to be the only black person in a full store at Christmas being talked over and told how wrong I am. I can't wait for the day when the goal is to educate not berate.
