I paid for a next day air package 141.00 and it arrived 3 days later and the Manager is trying to tell me that I may not receive a refund. Which is not what UPS guidelines say.

I usually don’t write reviews , but I had to share my experience this time. Great team that made my shipping process very easy… There isn’t anywhere else I would go for my shipping needs. The staff was very nice and quick with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone .

I paid extra for expedited shipping so the item would arrive within 3 days, but I’ve now been informed that it will not arrive on time. This is just ridiculous.
