Usually there’s an instance where you can find that you had a less than acceptable experience, especially since I visit frequently. Not so with these folks. I appreciate them so much and have made them my go-to for all shipping needs.

He he said “thank you, never come back again.” Not sure why he said that because we didn’t even speak. I was the only customer in the store so I know he was speaking to me. Rude 😢😢

Recently sent a package down south with the label to return took a while because the hotel that it was coming from didn't realize that the box was already there, fast forward I want to thank the two young people working up front and especially the manager Chris . Chris went out of the way to ensure my package was returned back to Columbus Ohio, he called and confirmed during my hospital stay to ease my mind . I appreciate you all so much it is rare for you to find quality customer service and people that care in this world we live in thank you so much be blessed.

The building was full of people and she carried herself very well. Looked up my account by name and immediately took my att equipment. I was surprised she wasn’t the manager the way she carried herself. She did give me the name of the manager, Chris Spann. Please give her a raise.
