- TNT NDec 8, 20251.0IF I COULD GIVE ZEROS STARS I WOULD: I had an extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience at the UPS Store on Stelzer Road in Columbus, Ohio. When I arrived, the door was locked, and the employee who eventually let me in was not in uniform and offered no greeting. His attitude was dismissive from the start, he huffed when I spoke to him, slid my return receipt across the counter without acknowledgment, and spoke to me in a rude, irritated tone throughout the interaction. When I attempted to ship a package, he became visibly aggravated when asking for a description of the item, insisting that “gift” was unacceptable and speaking to me aggressively even as I tried to clarify. He ultimately refused to ship my package. When I said I would take it to USPS instead, he responded, “We don’t need your money… they’ll lose your package,” and continued making unnecessary comments about me coming in “this early doing all this.” I left the store feeling disrespected and singled out. As a Black woman interacting with a white male employee, I felt I was treated differently because of my race, which made the experience even more upsetting. This level of unprofessionalism and hostility is completely unacceptable. * I have sent more than one email to the store and corporate with no response * NOT SURPRISED *update the representative NAME is JAMES so avoid his racist self like the plague*
