  ​I had documents I needed faxed, scanned, and printed. DJ provided the streamlined service as expected. He dealt with multiple customers while assisting with our tasks simultaneously. 10/10

  If I had the ability to give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Being in the customer service industry myself, the way you treat customers is entirely unacceptable. Just before 6pm I came in to inquire about a package that is trying to be delivered to my home for which I will not be there to sign. Before I got the chance to ask for guidance about how to either change the delivery address or see if I can pick up directly from the warehouse, I was rudely interrupted by the associate and began rambling about how they are a franchise store and they can not change the pickup point, or anything about my delivery and essentially I was S.O.L and was unwilling to help me in any way. I proceeded to not say a word and walk out. Under no circumstances do I recommend this location at all. Your better off doing business over at FedEx at least they are nice to you when they tell you to pound sand. *This portion of the review is after the "owner" responded to my review. I literally told you the time I was in your store, the date that I was in and posted the initial review was on the 17th of this month. Instead of providing a canned response, why don't you try and addressing the problem! If your confused on how your failing your client base, just read the reviews and hold your people accountable. I have a business to run myself, im not interested in helping you run yours.

  I had an issue with Samsung while trying to send back a repair, but James at the UPS Store was so incredibly patient and helpful. He was attentive to me while I waited for Samsung Support but was also able to take care of all the customers in line behind me, while making sure to check in on me and asking if I was still good. Thank you James for all your help and patience with my situation!

  I showed up last night as manager James was locking and closing the store. Instead of turning me away, he greeted me with a smile, held the door for new to come in, and patiently assisted me with my multiple Amazon returns. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you again James! Amazing service.
