  Did not appreciate notary services. I came here on Tuesday to have my form notarized and while I was able to be helped, they did not stamp under the right part of my form and told me to fill in things I wasn’t supposed to fill in. I was charged $5. When told that my notarized form had been completed incorrectly (notarized stamp being in the wrong section and N/A was not supposed to be written on the spaces that needed to be blank), I had to redo it and come back. I came back on Thursday and the same lady was working and told me she couldn’t do it for me because she needed to leave. Mind you I was there at 2 pm. It doesn’t take more than 5 min to complete everything. Did not appreciate being rushed out especially since I needed to take off work to complete this form and it was their fault it was done incorrectly. No consideration.

  I use this location to have my packages delivered when I may not be home. I have had a PO Box at the post office and have tried a co-working space for package delivery. I wish I would have signed up with this store initially because they have been the best by far.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this UPS location when I tried to return shipping boxes I’d bought from Amazon. The Amazon package arrived damaged, so I brought it in to do the return. The employee helping me insisted I needed a box, and even after I explained multiple times that the shipping box was already damaged (which is the whole reason for the return), he just kept going back and forth with me and repeating that if I didn’t buy a box, I couldn’t return it. I ended up paying $13 for a replacement box (nearly half of what I originally paid for the damaged boxes) to complete the return. Amazon thankfully reimbursed me, but I should not have been put in that position in the first place. The employee (glasses) was unhelpful and made a simple return way more stressful than it needed to be.

  I have been to every ups in Columbus. I ship for business. Some are better than others. This location is the best. I come nearly everyday to drop off packages. Jessica is nice and everyone seems happy to be there 5/5 recommend!

  The place is a joke! They never deliver anything on time or even when they say they are going to! They have damaged several of my packages and tell me its the warehouse! They even deliver my packages to the wrong address on several occasions and I have the app, im signed up for everything and I haven't moved in over 10 years but they always have some kind of excuse! DO BETTER UPS! You guys are becoming a joke! I have to ask everyone I order from not to use ups because I just know something is going to happen in the process like normal! AGIAN, DO BETTER UPS!
