    They are great. Today when i came so late amost close time , 3 or 4 guys were working so hard, busy all the time. i felt so bad but they were very nice, helped me tape the package. So quickly and friendly. Not only me there, omg, just before close time 10 minutes but 6 people after me came in. They work very hard but still so nice, smile, they should have more promotions from UPS. Thanks all.

    I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but today a UPS Store employee ran outside to let me know my return QR code didn’t scan and helped me fix it. Really appreciated the great service.

    The tall, bald male employee (whose name I do not know) and Angie have been consistently rude during my visits. They act as though they don’t want to be there, which makes the experience uncomfortable as a customer. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been a one-time issue—it has happened on multiple occasions. During my visit today, there were two teenagers in the store, doing each other’s hair rather than focusing on customers. Because of the repeated unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning to this location.

    They were very busy today and still kept things moving efficiently. The line was nearly out the door, but the team was moving quickly…. even working across multiple computers to help two customers at a time. I don’t think many people realize that not prepping Amazon returns beforehand slows things down and makes it harder on the staff. It seems like this location gets a high volume of customers in short spans and could use more resources/staffing, but despite that, they were doing their best and handled the rush well. Appreciate the effort today!
