    The person who helped me was super sweet and he’s awesome! However, this tall bald man was super rude to me. My boyfriend and i literally walked in the store and this guy just scoffed at us and rolled his eyes like he isn’t being paid to be there. I wish I would’ve read the reviews about this place because he is just so rude! I work in customer service and could never even imagine treating customers like that let alone still having a job. I wish the company would take disciplinary action on him. His coworkers literally have to compensate for his lack of respect.

    I'm sorry I only gave one star because as soon as you walk into this store the amount of body odor. Bad body odor is awful. It doesn't even make you want to come in

    Avoid this location. The bald employee, I don’t know if he is the manager or not but has a attitude problem, this is the 5th time he was so rude. If you don’t want to work nobody is forcing you but at least have some decency to be polite and offer a decent if not great customer service.

    Poor customer service: 1. Was told by the guy the notary left and they had no idea when they would return. 2. Was at the self serve printer and told by the lady to go to Office Max. She was also asking me what document I needed notarized which wasn't her business since the notary wasn't there. To her credit she did chime in and state the notary would be 20 minutes. *I ended up driving to Lewis Center for a stellar experience.
