I've not always had a good experience at this location but I did on 1/9/26 when I stopped in to do a return & get my client's Medicare card laminated. Marisio (sp?) waited on me and while waiting for laminating machine to warm up, he took care of no fewer than 9 customers. He did so quickly & efficiently & courteously. Also, he took some care to see that the card was properly laminated so it would be protected and I appreciated that. Marisio should get a raise...and they generally seem to need to hire more help!

They charged my wife who doesn’t know English well, $258 to send an envelope with 5 pieces of paper in it to the Philippines in 5 days. Shameful and predatory.

UPS lost a package worth $161 and did nothing to try and locate it.
On October 10 I printed a return label for an item to be returned to the Dyson company. On October 13 I brought it to your UPS store at Graceland, turned it over to a young man behind the counter and asked for a receipt, which he provided. I took the receipt and put it in my purse.
By November 7 I hadn't received the refund for my Dyson product. I contacted them and was told they had not received the package.
On November 8, I took my receipt to your store where I believe I met the owner, showed him the receipt and discovered the tracking number did not match the one on my Dyson return label. He said "that's ridiculous", which I agreed to by the way, and he made copies of my Dyson receipt, my return label with the tracking number and the receipt I had been given on October 13. He asked for my email address and made me feel hopeful we would settle the matter.
I retuned on the following Saturday, November 15 to find out if there had been any progress made on the situation. I repeated my story to the manager in charge and he insinuated that I merely printed the label and had not brought the package to the store. He did not seem to want to help me and in fact waved me away and went on to help the person behind me. I have never been treated so rudely and I left extremely frustrated.
So now I am paying for an item I no longer have. I am not sure how UPS handles situations like this. I wonder if the scanner didn't work properly? Was I given a receipt for the customer ahead of me? I followed procedures correctly. It was not my first trip to a UPS store. I had no other return labels on my printer. I did not attach another label by mistake. That package has to be somewhere, right?
Please help me to collect my refund! I am a senior on a fixed income. I cannot afford to pay $161.99 for an item I no longer possess. It's almost Christmas and I sure could use that money!
