I didn't have this issue when I have picked up packages at the 3000 E Main st. location. I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS AT ANY UPS STORE NATIONWIDE and I've had plenty packages sent to various UPS stores that partner w Amazon. 🚨🚨GO TO ANOTHER UPS STORE IF YOU CAN! NOT THIS ONE!
