I provided the paperwork with the correct destination address, but the package was shipped to the wrong address instead. When delivery was attempted, it was refused. The tracking information showed that the package was supposed to be returned to me, but instead, it was sent to an entirely different state. Since then, I have contacted both the store and customer service. The store tells me to call customer service, and customer service tells me to go to the store. Neither has taken responsibility or provided a solution. I am now out both my product and the shipping cost, and I am unable to file a claim. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I will not be returning to this location, and I will no longer use your services unless this situation is resolved promptly.

They charged me $10 for "storage" when the item had been there approximately an hour. I was told " oh were not part of UP. We're privately owned." Then why is UPS plastered all over the facility. I'm to the point where in asking vendors to not send anything UPS. You closed all of the pick-up points at distribution centers which forces everyone to these privately owned stores. Very disappointed and frustrated. Feel like I've been ripped off. If your not going to honor UPS programs, take the name off of of your Business.
