- GGGreyJul 13, 20251.0I called from across town to find out if they had a specific chair out on the floor to test. The employee was very rude over the phone and kept repeating “we can only sell chairs that are in boxes”. I assured him repeatedly that I understood, but needed to try a chair before buying. He looked up the chair and confirmed that yes, they had it on the floor. I drove across town, and could not find the chair when I got there. I finally asked and was told “the manager is bringing it.” A young lady brings out the wrong chair, in a box. I explained that it was the wrong chair, and that I needed to test out the chair I had called about, and ofc was told they did not have that chair on the show floor. Both employees were extremely rude and behaved as though it was ridiculous that I needed to test out an office chair that I expect to spend 8-12hrs in per day. I have never recieved worse treatment from someone trying to sell me several hundred dollars worth of merchandise.

- RNRebel NuttJan 2, 20241.0Went here for passport photos. The employee told me I couldn't have piercing in, so I begrudgingly took out my fresh piercing to get the photo done. Turns out that simply isn't true. It caused me a whole bunch of trouble of going back to the piercer to have it reinserted afterward. Not to mention the fact we couldn't even get the photos because it took 10 minutes for him to tell us the printer was out of ink :/
