When he finally looked in my direction, I said I have an Amazon return and he immediately informed me that Amazon returns have been acting up. Excuse me sir, was that really necessary especially after you made me unnecessarily wait for help. I expect this behavior from a young person but not a middle aged man who should know something about customer service. Do Better!!!

I come in here to get some copies on card stock and the lady in the print shop tells me oh we don’t have colored card stock anymore . Which is odd because every other Staples I’ve gone to for the last 10 years carries this but either way I invest. I go back to where they sell, colored paper and card stock and sure as anything there’s colored card stock right there on the shelf. I take it up to the print shop area. Ask the lady if I can get copies on this card stock and if they can ship my order to me afterwards.. her answer was no I don’t think so. I mention that that I’ve done this repeatedly through Staples as they usually use UPS. Once again, she is of no help and does not want to work.. This is a perfect example of why companies are going out of business. They hire people with a quietly quitting, do as little as I possibly have to do mentality. This lady was unpleasant and I think a snail could move fast faster than her. I’ve seen Staples closing stores and this is a great example of why. Be advised don’t try to get any customer service at the print shop in this store on a Wednesday at two in the afternoon if you’re white.
