The print store is an absolute joke. I'm not sure who or why they have a policy in place that 100% of your interactions have to be online, but if the people at the print shop were able to or WOULD have a conversation with customers, I'm sure a lot of their problems would be solved. I went in on Saturday to order business cards. I asked if I could email a copy of the document and the person working there told me I needed to order online and they would have it ready for me by EOD. Okay. Came back Sunday morning and the order was not ready despite the person telling me they would be ready by EOD Saturday. I then returned on Monday and the order still was not ready. I had not been contacted, nobody notified me, I just stopped in because I needed my business cards. Apparently, there was something wrong with my file. Once again; no one contacted me to notify me of this. The person at the counter said I then had to RE-ORDER my business cards online and I couldn't just simply send them a copy of the file...while I am looking at her...having a conversation....about the file....so we could sort this out together. FINE, I reorder my business cards online and wait 2 more days for them to be printed just for the graphics to be crooked and the words are not centered! I know I didn't send the document crooked, no one called me, no one checked...at this point I'm just out the money for the business cards because there is no way I'm going to go through the process of ordering these online AGAIN when obviously the people at the print shop don't care enough to TRY, look at the files, or call and check before printing a 500 business card order. Absolutely ridiculous. Have a human touch.

I was made to wait in line for nearly 10 minutes with only one person in front of me. The majority of my wait was at the register while the cashier took a lengthy phone call that didn't start ringing until after I was in line. Instead of placing the call on hold, the cashier took the call which had hit 5 minutes before I just left the store. They clearly don't want my money or future business. The store was empty and there were two employees working. They had enough staff to take care of a line and a phone call.

When in to have two very thin books spiraled, like 10 pages each, and I was told it was going to take a week, with attitude. I said it only takes a few mins, and its just two of them. (With attitude again) Sorry its going to at least a week to have it done. I walked out ordered one on Amazon, and I'll do it myself. Horrible treatment and horrible service. I dont think I'll be returning to that store anymore.

My employee was bringing in several Amazon boxes for a return. He was told that the store did not have enough space to accept the packages after he had waited in a 15 minute line. If they are going to serve as an Amazon return center, they need to improve their system. This felt like an excuse, as no alternative solution or later date was offered to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I do not recommend the customer service at this store.
