Appeared that only 1 person was on-duty, overallocated, and clearly frustrated to myself, persons on the phone, etc. I asked if I could get help understanding how I can get copies made. I was told to go scan it myself, and pointed a machine that, according to the employee himself in the same sentence, "needs adjustment I think". After an inordinate amount of time waiting and trying to figure this out effectively alone while I overheard the same employee rudely telling customers on the phone "you tell me" when they asked if their order was under a certain name, I decided to go a block down to Fedex where I received fantastic service. I advise other do the same for basic printing. Between the malfunctioning machines, lack of proper staffing, extremely rude and incomplete service, and comically rubber-stamped ownership responses to low reviews, it's clear this facility has no will or intent to improve deficiencies.

You can go to the Staples website, see which stores have it in stock, and either place the online order for pickup or just visit the store. It's really convenient. I also like the wide variety available online and in the stores. I find their prices are reasonable and their sales are awesome;
