  Fails to provide a receipt for TSA pre-check. Call to check on it and get placed on hold for over 15mins!

  Do not do your TSA pre check here. They require an appointment despite the TSA site saying it’s optional. I just got turned away during the hours they’re required to allow walk-ins with the employee in the store still.

  The culture in the store was very discriminating. Not very helpful at all👎 lt's almost as if they were mocking their clients or customers. The entire staff had the same attitude demeanor and rudeness. I hope that corporate can intervene and have an internal investigation and customer appreciation training. Would not shop at this Staples again. 0-

  Nice and quiet store also got the help i need… on the outside. But when greeted by the tech dept person it suddenly became very cold. I came in got what i needed done and left. When i went to leave my car wouldn't turn on. So i went back in the store which was not busy and quite empty, went to the tech desk and asked nicely to the associate if they could help me jump my car. Very cold got a straight “No” i said excuse me and they said no its impossible i asked why and they said they coule t leave the store i said please and asked again. I was denied again so i just decided to leave i had to sit in my cold car for 45 for help to arrive to me and my feet freezing. Ill never recommend this Staples!Staples

  Yeah I'm not sure what's going on with this place when I went in I spoke with Matt the general manager and asked him if they laminate documents there he stated that they do and that Gary would be able to assist me. So I decided to print up the one page document that I needed laminated and when I went up to the desk Gary completely ignored me he was super sassy prideful and arrogant but I still waited I wasn't going to go anywhere because the general manager Matt told me that they would laminate the document for me. Well when Gary walked up I asked him to laminate the document and he said when and I said now please I mean why else would I be standing there? I just thought it was a weird question and he said well I'm really busy so that's not going to happen I'm behind from work yesterday. I literally have one page to laminate it would take less than 5 minutes but you know you get these people in positions of authority and they run with it they think they're the president or something. So I went back to speak with Matt and he told me that there's nothing he can do because Gary's in charge of that area so I asked to speak to the supervisor and that's when he told me he was a general manager and then I asked to speak to his supervisor and he just ignored me so I left but yeah I won't come back. I don't know what's going on with businesses these days how they screen their employees or justify promoted them to these types of positions when they obviously do not know how to treat people. Without customers you don't have a business so at the end of the day you should really learn how to treat people correctly. I think the correct thing to do with any general manager is do the right thing it would have took less than 5 minutes to laminate something. Gary was on his phone he had a Bluetooth earpiece and talking to somebody I mean this guy is just abusing his authority if he's behind on his work it's probably because he's lazy they were chatting when I walked in so it didn't seem like they care too much about anything it's just a paycheck to them.
