I ordered my wedding programs at the beginning of the week and they told me it should be done by Thursday. I paid in advance. I call Thursday afternoon and they tell me they are still printing orders that were due two days prior. No apology or solution offered. I tell him I need them by the next day for my wedding and he says MAYBE before EOD Friday. It’s now Friday and We call this morning and they now say at the earliest they’ll be ready Saturday. My wedding is tomorrow!!! We had to cancel the order which by the way I have not seen any sort of email confirming my refund of $1k!!! I now have to last minute find another printer and staple my 200+ wedding programs before rehearsal tonight. Again, no apology or solution was offered when we explained this morning the time crunch. This location is awful, unhelpful, and I will never be returning to staples again.

One employee seemed new and untrained, and I overheard her being rude on the phone, which made the experience uncomfortable. I stayed patient and was eventually helped. They reviewed my order and told me it would be ready by 6 p.m. the next day—no problem. However, I never received any update or email. When I stopped by today (Friday), I was told they couldn’t print my labels because they were the wrong type—something no one mentioned when I dropped them off. I completely understand if I had the wrong labels, but there was no follow-up, call, or email, even though they had my contact information. To make matters worse, they didn’t have the correct labels in stock, so now I have to order them myself. No apology, no communication—just a frustrating, disappointing experience. What should have been a simple print job turned into a multi-day hassle. Very poor customer service.
