I have wasted four consecutive days staying home based on their specific tracking updates, only to be let down every single time. For my first package, I was given 10 AM–2 PM windows on both Monday and Tuesday; it didn’t show Monday at all and was late Tuesday. For my second package, the exact same thing happened: I stayed home for a 10 AM–2 PM window on Wednesday, only for them to move the goalposts to 'end of day' at 2 PM, and then fail to show up entirely. When you call support, they dismissively tell you the windows are just 'estimates.' If you value your time, shop elsewhere. This company’s logistics are a mess and their tracking is a work of fiction.

I even opened a case about it. Still not delivered and zero customer service or urgency. FEDEX is the worst logistics company I have ever seen. “When it positively, absolutely, has to be there, we’ll get it there whenever we feel like it.” Should be there honest marketing phrase. Again the items are perishable food items as well as Christmas gifts. FEDEX has lost more than Tom Hank’s over the past several decades.
