- LBLiza Berkmans1 day ago1.0Package got delivered late, then rerouted here which is a location far from the original delivery address. Came to pick it up before work and was locked outside along with 5 others after the time this location was supposed to be open
- JGJason GrubbsFeb 27, 20261.0There needs to be repercussions whenever a FedEx person says that they tried to deliver to your door but you have video proof showing the opposite, they also took a picture of the slip of paper but it was taken very obviously on a seat.. I don't even have a slip of paper on my door the neighbor's door or anyone's door. They didn't even bother to try to get out. They're going to "try again tomorrow" is the best they said they can do. I will be sitting in a chair outside tomorrow an hour before they say they'll drop it off until I see a FedEx person go by. I promise you that. Because changing this delivery to pick up is not an option for this package, it says. This is the last time I'll personally use FedEx. I had options but I chose this one.. never again. This isn't a package that can be messed with and I don't trust them now. Bet they don't even deliver it tomorrow then I'm waiting for who knows how long.

Problem is, I was supposed to get that card over 7 hours ago and still haven't gotten it. Why tell customers that you will deliver something by a certain time if you don't plan on upholding that guarantee? In all my years of ordering products online, I have NEVER had this problem with USPS. FedEx has really lost all credibility. Worthless company that doesn't care about genuine customer service.

I can't thank her enough I hope I got her name right ! She's a beautiful person if only their was more of her! :)
