The process is simple, the staff will provide you with a designated email address where you can send your label, and they’ll print it for you. As for cost, in my case I was not charged for the label. However, I want to be transparent, this may have been a special circumstance, possibly because Ryobi (the power tool brand) covered the expense. Since I don’t know the store’s exact policy, I don’t want to create false expectations for other customers. To be on the safe side, assume there may be a charge for printing your shipping label. That way, you’ll avoid surprises and can plan accordingly.
