I tried to use e-sign on 11/28/2026 because my shipment needed a signature for Saturday delivery. I e-signed on Friday, and the FedEx website said I signed successfully, so I went out on Saturday to do errands. However the e-sign did not go thru, so the delivery driver did not leave the package. Now delivery is delayed for 3 days!!! This is time sensitive medicine that needs to be refrigerated! Awful! if I had known the e-sign was unsuccessful I would have stayed available to sign for the delivery.
