As a first-time sender, I was a bit uncertain about the process, but Neche made everything so seamless and straightforward. She was incredibly patient, walking me through each step and answering all my questions. Her customer service was outstanding, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear she takes pride in making sure customers have a positive experience. I’m so grateful for her assistance and would definitely return to this location. Thank you, Neche, for making my first FedEx experience such a great one!
