  I was sending a package here. It was the last day for me to send the item, but the post office employee said they didn't have a box of the right size for my package. And when I repeatedly asked her to help me and just try to pack my package in a box, she refused and repeated like a robot: "No box, no box, no box." Then I simply bought a box, folded it, and calmly packed my item myself. This is the first time I've encountered such negligent behavior at FedEx. When a person didn't even try to be courteous and help, but simply kept saying "NO" over and over again. Such people bring shame to the FedEx company.

  I've been coming here for 5 years and usually have a very good exprience. But this afternoon i went in and the older blonde lady manager was extremely angry and hostile. Avoid this place when she's there.

  I've mostly had good experience until recently. I dropped off a package but they somehow lost it? Tracking didn't even update after I dropped it off. When I went there to ask they said the package is already in "transit." No, it never updated and was never delivered, very disappointing!
