  I usually write great reviews, but sadly, this time, I cannot. This is the second time I've utilized the downtown FedEx location only to arrive and there is a sign saying that it's closed - lights off and no one around. My time is short, and, like everyone else, valuable. I wasted time by going to this location and I really needed a store nearby to drop off a package that needs to reach it's destination tomorrow morning. Now I have to find a location further away and take the time to travel there because I no longer use dropboxes, because they aren't reliable either.

  There is really no reason to spiral over 3 people in line. This location would run smoother and more efficiently if the associates (including the assistant manager) would help customers in the order they are in line instead of trying to wave over other customers with "less items". But I guess asking an associate to focus and handle the task in front of them first is telling them how to do their job (yikes). What happened to first come, first served? And then to act like I cut the line by asking me if I was actually there first, twice?? Let's practice fair customer service and get a grip.

  I cannot say enough good things about this FedEx location, especially Bisi and Jace. They truly went above and beyond for me during one of the most hectic weeks of my life—planning a wedding and baby shower in the same weekend while six months pregnant! On Wednesday, Bisi helped me go through everything I had on my flash drive—programs, games, table toppers, labels—you name it. She was patient, thoughtful, and made sure I had the best quality and knew what to expect. She even stayed past closing to help me, which was such a blessing. When I came back to pick everything up (on my actual wedding day!), Jace was the one who helped me. I had even more last-minute things I needed printed (pregnancy brain at its finest), and she took the time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. She redid my wedding programs, added extra table toppers for the baby shower, and even reprinted things to match what I needed. Both Bisi and Jace were amazing. Every single time I’ve come to this FedEx, the service has been outstanding—the staff always greets you, they’re patient, and they’re even willing to stay overtime to help. Honestly, I couldn’t think of a better place to get things done. Columbus FedEx locations can sometimes be hit or miss, but this team is the real deal. Customer service here is top notch. Highly recommend!
