  Jay was so patient and personable, made the whole experience very pleasant. The one downside is that the parking is inconvenient. But it was worth it to receive the current 50% discount that DHL is offering, especially for my expensive international shipment. Thanks again Jay, you were a pleasure to work with!

  Attempted to ship from this location 1-2 weeks ago because the North Columbus location was closed for maintenance. Drove 30 minutes because the website said it was open, the sign on the door said open, but the door was locked and no one answered the phone. So today, Google shows the location as open, but no one is answering the phone. Are your dates and times accurate on your site?
