- BCB CAug 23, 20171.0Not specifically the fault of the Columbiana PO, but I received a package that was repackaged in the post office's own packing that said that they apologized for the damage during their handling. The package was ordered from eBay and should have had 3 items in it but only contained 1. Waited over 60 days after filing the initial complaint and never heard back after being told I would hear back in 30 days. Post office basically said "should have used better than first class mail" It's no wonder they lose ground every day to FedEx and UPS. Incredibly poor customer service.
