Asked the young lady if she could throw a couple of tape pieces over the label and it was like I asked her to clean the bathroom toilets. Not a friendly lady BTW young lady The United States Postal Service (USPS) posted a net loss of about $9.5 billion for the fiscal year 2024. You were on your phone doing nothing when we walked in. Friendly service brings new customers 😉

Our carrier keeps leaving the door to our mailbox stand open, no matter the weather or security of the mail. The carrier shows an item delivered and we dont receive it for a day to 3 days. Worst carrier in over 20 years.

I had a package that got lost due to me not making sure I had my new address when I ordered something online. My fault. Tracking information said it was sent to the correct post office and then back to coldwater and was "available for pick up" so I stooped in the coldwater post office to pick up or at least find out where it really was. The lady at the front was EXTREMELY RUDE and couldn't even look up the information n The computer!!! Went home, called the Celina post office, that nice man looked it him computer & is now calling around places to see if he can find tge package since his also says "available for pick up in Goldwater"
