  This is by far the worst post office in the Cleveland Metropolitan area. I ship packages out usually 4-5x a week so I go to many of the different offices and this one is consistently the worst experience. There was a time I walked in here and I was the only one in line and three ladies behind the desks just stared at me like I interrupted an important meeting. Not greeting, nothing. I had to ask if anyone was open. Eventually one did but didn't bother to get up from her seat at all. She did the bare minimum of scanning my package and handed it back to me to put in the bin myself without saying anything. Another time, I tried to use the self service kiosk. A postal worker was watching me scan my QR codes and didn't say a word. I tried to scan and eventually manually put in my tracking numbers and got a receipt but no labels. I had to go to in the main lobby area and was told that what I was doing didn't work. I guess the QR code function didn't work despite a red arrow pointing to where I could print labels. I then had to wait ten more minutes for the postal worker to fix her machine to print the label. Turned my trip that was supposed to be two minutes to at least 15 minutes. I do everything I can to avoid this post office and recommend that you do the same. Between the aging equipment and some of the postal workers having attitudes (Donna was good but the rest were not great), this post office is always an unpleasant experience. The only good thing about this post office is that it is open until 8pm.

  3/21/26 Saturday: We drive >30 mins to get to this USPS at 2400 Orange Ave, Cleveland, arrived 1:25 PM, for the walk in passport, but the lady on the 2nd counter from the left, a shorter, chubby lady with glasses, just simply told us that we need to have an appointment. I reasoned out that on the website it states that passport walk ins on Saturday 12pm - 3pm. The lady said it was changed since Covid, and I told her that is a long time to have not changed what is on the website and they should do something about it. The lady didn’t even apologized or whatever. Avoid this USPS at 2400 ORANGE AVE, Clevelad.

  Came in today to do pass port services and also send a letter off they turned me around saying I needed an appt even though online it offer walk in appointments same day. they also proceeded to tell me to send basically buy envelopes from somewhere else because they're envelopes are all brown i seat of offering a white colored envelope. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS COMING TO THIS LOCATION THE WORKES ARE NOT HELPFUL ME THINKING SINCE THIS THE MAIN LOCATION SERVICES WOULD BE GREAT!
