  Made a passport appointment weeks ago only to show up to my appointment today with a missed call from them 30 minutes before the appointment saying their passport agent didn’t show up to work and the appointment would have to be cancelled. Really inconvenient as these appointments can take days or weeks to get. No fault of the worker behind the counter she was very polite but this is unacceptable on the agents end as i may not be able to get my passport in time now.

  I have no clue why the ratings are so low, except people rarely leave comments, except to complain. The U.S. Postal Service processes and delivers an average of 371.3 million mailpieces daily. Postmaster DeJoy destroyed hundreds of automatic sorting machines in 2020 and those have not been replaced. Think about that when when wondering why packages seem to stay for days at major hub locations that use to have these sorting machines and now everything has to be handled manually by people that don't have any monitoring, because everyone is honest, but I digress. Today I needed to get my taxes mailed and I wanted a return delivery confirmation. Ruby not only greeted me when I entered, when my time came, she was the person to help me out. She was cheerful, helpful, courteous, and efficient.

  Absolutely the worse post office I have ever visited. No matter what day or time I visit, there is an usually high wait time, and unhelpful staff with very poor customer sevice skills. The one worker that is usually working the desk is extremely frustrating and constantly sharing negative feelings and opinions about the entire location with customers. This is highly unprofessional. Please send help.

  Today I was there to send a package and the tellers talking and don’t pay attention about what they are doing ,, very rude and i think she charged me too much, never she talked to me she was busy talking with her partner,

  I order a lot from eBay and one eBay user uses this store and each time find that this facility doesn’t scan the items for tracking they only make shipping labels but don’t scan items when they leave or arrive anywhere. They constantly lose packages I’ve had months delays because the person had to make more and resend more packages to us cause your store can’t keep it together and do their job. Fire whoever managers it and hire someone more reliable who will fix the issues and stop losing packages and ensures tracking is done properly
