Awful service is a recurring theme. Over the years, I've had multiple instance of missing mail, roommate mail intentionally not delivered because they "didn't recognize the name" (since when was that a factor?), and regular "attempted deliveries" where I'm home and the Ring camera shows the carrier clearly not bothering to knock or ring the bell. Any time I've been in person to try and pick up the mail they're not delivering, the response has been rude and unhelpful. This office single-handedly makes the case for privatizing the post office seem appealing.

The older gentlemen, Gary, might be the rudest human being I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I literally saw him throwing boxes in the back before he came up to the front desk. He was screaming at other people in the line and has an extremely short fuse whenever asked any questions. I am not surprised reading these other reviews, all the bad ones are about him. He needs to be fired right away, his attitude is ridiculous.

It is true that this post office used to be one of the worst around... (Although a lot of these reviews seem to be from people who just want to whine because the red carpet wasn't rolled out for them when they strolled in, are racist or just couldn't read). However, in recent years it has turned around in a big way. The people working here probably have to repeat the same things to entitled customers over and over (I've witnessed this while in line) and still seem pretty polite and informative to me. When I've had to call, they were the same way over the phone. On top of that, my mail carrier is the best I've ever had. Keep up the good work

I normally have very good experiences with this post office. The staff is usually kind, and we love our regular mail carrier. That is why I was especially frustrated by today’s delivery notification. I was told my package could not be delivered because of “interference by an animal.” That is false. Our dog was not even home today, so there was no animal here to interfere with delivery. Even on a normal day, our dog is never loose near the mailbox. He is either on a leash with us or in our fenced backyard, far away from the delivery area. What is most frustrating is that I would have understood an honest explanation. If the package was missed, delayed, or accidentally left on the truck, that would have been understandable. Instead, an inaccurate reason was put on record. False claims like this unfairly place blame on animals and their guardians, create a misleading record, and reinforce negative assumptions about dogs that may have done absolutely nothing wrong. I still appreciate the good experiences we usually have here, but this situation was frustrating and should not have been handled this way.
