  They are amazing partners. This is my second back to back event in the last 10 days. They are friendly They are super Efficient The costs are beyond reasonable. This should be your ship and print partner for downtown Cleveland whether your doing an event or shipping personal Items!!

  Absolutely outstanding service from the UPS Store in downtown Cleveland near the convention center. We had a booth shipment go missing right before conference setup, and while my supplier, their UPS contact, and the 800 UPS line weren’t much help, Nachi went above and beyond to step in. He connected me directly with the local UPS facility, which helped locate my package just in time for setup. On top of that, he was incredibly helpful leading up to the conference - responsive with printing requests, coordinated materials for me, and even delivered some items personally. This was hands-down the best UPS experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Nachi and his team if you need reliable, above-and-beyond support.

  I was having difficulties with my delivery for weeks! I went into the store and Nachi was a big help. From his calm and kind demeanor to his focus on being productive and helping- he was a pleasure to work with. He assisted in facilitating the finding of my items and subsequent delivery! Please give this man a raise!

  The counter Customer Service Representatives were very courteous. They even helped me by opening the entrance door. It was very windy and I had a hard time opening it. After my transaction was completed, the rep who waited on me opened the door for me to leave. It was all taken care of in a very short timespan.

  My experience as a mailbox holder at The UPS Store located at 7 Saint Clair Ave. East, Cleveland, OH 44113, was truly exceptional. This location handled all of my packages and deliveries with outstanding professionalism and efficiency. I never had to worry about a package being lost or stolen, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. I have maintained boxes at UPS Stores across the country for more than 10 years, and I can confidently say that Ms. Noelle, Hema, Mathi, and Gena provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at any UPS Store. Each time I entered the store, they greeted me by name, welcomed me warmly, and created an atmosphere that was both professional and genuinely friendly. It was clear that they valued their customers as people, not just transactions. I highly recommend this store to anyone considering mailbox or shipping services. In my opinion, this is hands down the best UPS Store in the country.
