- NRNicholas RinaldiOct 30, 20251.0This is hands down the worst post office I've ever used. Staff is insanely rude right off the start of talking to them. They sent my order out without updating any of the tracking information, and the person I spoke to refused to give me any information / advice for getting the status of the package other than saying there is nothing she can do. Just gotta cross your fingers and hope with sending your packages through here I guess.

Anyway, if you live in Shaker and are sick of long lines at Warrensville, try this location. Wish I could've gotten my PO Box at this location but with my zip code I was stuck using Warrensville for that.
