- GHGreg HudsonJan 3, 20261.0Lazy. There's just no other word to describe this post office and the carriers. They refuse to delivery a package larger than a mail envelope if you live in an apartment. They also dont seem to know their business hours as I couldn't get through at 11:50am on a Saturday. (You're open til 12 😉). What else can we expect from East Cleveland though

- SRShelley RobinsonJun 1, 20241.0My brother moved to Cleveland and asked for a change of address form. The guy working there was very rude told him to go on line and change the address. My brother responded to him saying I attempted but it wasn’t simple. The postal worker said “ if white people can do it you should be able to”unnecessary and Very Very rude customer service. We went to Cleveland Heights location they were very helpful. I will never go back to East Cleveland US post office again.
