This one person is always rude always nasty never smiles. I avoid this one person with every breath in my body. She is absolutely horrible. No customer service skills at all. She lied to me about my address change. Her not knowing that I know the post office system very well. Once again. ITS ALWAYS ONE BAD APPLE IN THE BUNCH AND SHE IS DEFINITELY THAT BAD APPLE. Definitely a great location. Staff is very pleasant and professional. This location is definitely the best location when comparing Eastside locations. Thank you to the staff at the East 55th Branch. I appreciate all that you do.
