I had the most wonderful experience at this post office. They were incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming. I rarely write reviews and I usually dread going to the post office, but this place left me feeling happier than when I arrived! I am visiting from out of town and I am wishing this was my neighborhood post office.

I was on a video call with a friend who was trying to mail some packages. My friend had questions but doesn’t speak much English. The woman at this Cleveland post office was very patient as I translated. Very good customer service! Wish I had caught the woman’s name! She was very nice, patient, professional and friendly!

If you want to ruin your day, call their customer service and ask about your package. Office lady will ignore you with totally rude attitude and tell you package will come tomorrow. Oh of course without checking your tracking numbers. Government should fire them all :)

Worst post office I've ever been to or experienced! They really should shut this place down, fire everyone that works there and all of the mail carriers, and just try again. The carriers are lazy (won't deliver packages or often even leave package slips), the people who work at the location are lazy and extremely rude and make up a new story every time you go into this place just so they don't have to get off their butts and actually do something. I recently moved and was dismayed to find out I'm still stuck with this horrendous post office! It's really a constant nightmare dealing with these people
