I'm trying to find corporate number after not being notified by carrier that I had a package and letter that needed to be signed for, I took the slips directly to puritas location where Nicole who I'm surprised is still working there retrieved my signed slips and said she would send somebody back out the same day which was yesterday Friday the 12th I didn't receive it still so I said ok maybe they will just put it in route for Saturday which is today still nothing inconveniently I ride back up to location for Tiffany to tell me she can't locate any package or letter at the station and will have Nicole call me on Monday wow is all I can say. It's so many messed up things about this location but to lose somebodys packages and not being able to locate them is diabolical. I wish I could rate a 0

We caught the mailman delivering a "second notice" for our package and when questioned on said package they did not even have it on the truck. Then when going immediately to pick it up from the store they acted like we were lucky to come get it because they already gave us two notices. Funny how you can attempt to deliver a package that is still sitting at the facility but we're the problem.

I didn't receive my college degree in the mail and I haven't gotten my mail all summer. After the first complaint a month ago they said they'd file a carrier alert card but "oh we don't know what happened". Then the mail carrier decided to stop delivering my mail again so I filed another complaint. Yesterday they finally told me the real reason. I've lived here for 2 years and the name on the box wasn't a problem until this summer. Not sure what to do because if the mailman is ignoring a carrier alert card, then a change of address form won't work either.

I want to know I'm charged double for a package that weighs 1 pound 4 oz and I paid for a pound and was charged almost double and this isn't the first time this has happened. The post office is so petty like they're the only place to ship stuff. I'm using UPS from now on. I have never had this problem with UPS. I know when my packages are under weight you aren't giving me any money back and I'm constantly selling stuff online I'll take my business elsewhere. If I could give them no stars I would. And I've had several things break when shipped too. Can never get anything fixed with the post office. Stay away. All my posts I have currently listed all 800+ listing I'm changing to UPS the post office can take a loss cause I'm never using them again!!!!!! I paid extra for a signature because the item was pretty expensive and the postal worker signed it and left it in the mailbox defeating the purpose of the signature. So they basically stole from me charging me for services they didn't give me and of course they did nothing when I called them.....

I have never been treated badly, I have been visiting for 6 years, most of the staff are always willing, I love this mail. I am bilingual, but if you are not bilingual I think you will need a translator, but if your diligence is simple you will not need one.
